Our team operates primarily from Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India — which also happens to be one of India's most active gold markets. We are registered as an Indian entity and comply with Indian data protection and information technology laws.
What Happens When You Email Us
We use email for all communication — no support ticket software, no auto-replies with ticket numbers. When you email us, a real person on our team reads it. We try to respond within 1–2 working days, though during periods of high volume it may take a little longer.
We don't add you to any mailing list when you email us. We will only use your email address to respond to your enquiry.
